Returns & Refund Policy
We know that everyone changes their mind about a purchase from time to time. That’s why you have up to 30 days to return an item for a full refund, excluding the cost of returning the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Group Go Go, Llc is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to courier error. We will however work as hard as we can with you to recover the package and file the necessary claims.
At goroup.com we try to ship our products as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you call us within 1 hour – we will try our best to accommodate you. Once your order has been processed it will be handled the same way as a return. Refused shipments will be considered a return as well. Please see our Return Policy for further instructions.
If an order is refused for a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that incur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.
