When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We accept the return of items up to 30 days from the item’s arrival to the customer. Some products are eligible for 365 days returns, as described on the eligible product’s page.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We will refund fully, undamaged products in their original packaging.
In case a customer is asking to cancel an order (before the product is shipped to him or after it’s delivered and shipped back to the warehouses), a fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company.
